Add Flavor

Eat lean meat prepared in a healthy manner if you are trying to lose weight. Try using salsas or chutneys, instead of creamy sauces or sweet sauces. If you use a low fat sauce it will add flavor to your meat, and help to keep it moist. A variety of fruity and sweet chutney flavors are available and can add flavor to your meat.

It can be tempting to eat at a restaurant even while dieting. Do remember though, that restaurants tend to serve monster portions. Immediately request a to-go container with your meal. When your food arrives, place half of your meal into the container for later. This works out well, though, because now you have lunch for tomorrow.

Always be sure to eat breakfast every day. It can be tempting to grab a quick breakfast pastry when you’re in a rush. The only thing you are getting out of these is empty calories. By making time and eating something healthy like oatmeal, there will be no reason to grab high-calorie breakfast items.
